On Tuesday, three security personnel have been killed in an IED blast of a bus carrying 27 DRG by the Maoists in the Narayanpur district of Chhattisgarh.

The explosion occurred between Dhaudai and Pallanar in an area of dense forest. As reported, the explosion occurred while the bus was traveling back from an anti-Maoist operation.  Director-General of Police, DM Awasthi said that along with the three killed, others are also injured in the blast. They have been hospitalized.

The 45th Battalion of Indo Tibetan Border Police is helping in releasing the injured. The investigation is in the process and further details are awaited while the area has been restrained.
