On Saturday, October 17, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister, Sushil Modi lashed out at the opposition party Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on the launch of their new Grand Alliance Manifesto. The CM referred to RJD members as people who have encroached on farmers’ land.
The statement comes following RJD’s new joint manifesto namely “Badlav Ka Sankalp” which was released earlier today. Through this initiative, the Party leader and candidate Tejashwi Yadav appealed to the Bihar masses to vote for them, as an outcome of which, the Janata Dal will use its power to extend job opportunities to nearly 10 lakh youth.
Apart from the promised benefits to the youth, the RJD leader also ensured the members of the Agricultural sector to revoke the 3 Farm Bills that have been passed in the Parliament and has since then been at the center of the crux.
In retaliation to the statements and promises made by RJD, Sushil Modi deeply condemned the party and said, “the parties which had been grabbing lands all their lives, are talking about farmers today. People who kept providing jobs in the exchange of money are talking about employment today.”
Meanwhile, the Bihar State elections are round the corner dated to be held in three phases on October 28, November 3 and November 7, respectively.
