Bihar IPS officer, Vinay Tiwari is forcibly kept in isolation by the Mumbai Police who reached there to investigate the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. On Monday, the Patna Police has criticized Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for their intended decision and called it ‘house arrest’ and not quarantine.

Also, the Bihar Police have argued that the decision has deliberately been taken to create a hindrance in the investigation of the case. Mumbai Police is trying to hide the reality from the Bihar Police. As per Patna Police, there are thousands of millions of people who come to Mumbai every day but they do not isolate. Moreover, Tiwari was not facilitated with the IPS mess but even after being the senior IPS officer, he arranged a guesthouse for himself who was then taken to home quarantine by the BMC staff.

Bihar Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar has also received the news and is heading the Home Ministry. Tiwari became the target just after reaching Mumbai for probing the case as he is leading the entire Bihar Police Team.
