On Wednesday morning, the Border Security Force (BSF) has detected another trans-border tunnel. The tunnel has been discovered along the Indo-Pak International Border in Bobbyian village in the Hiranagar sector of Kathua district in Jammu and Kashmir.
The news had been confirmed by a senior police officer. “A terror tunnel has been detected by the BSF in Bobbyian village of Hiranagar this morning,” the officer said. He further mentioned that the tunnel originated from Pakistan to facilitate the infiltration of terrorists. As per reports, senior BSF and police officers, including BSF IG NS Jamwal and IGP Jammu Mukesh Singh had reached the spot.
Previously, on November 22, the BSF had detected a similar trans-birder tunnel in the Samba sector. The tunnel was used by four Jaish terrorists who were eliminated at Ban toll plaza near Nagrota on November 19.
