Mumbai: On Saturday, the National Investigation Agency arrested one terror funding conspirator in the espionage case of Visakhapatnam from Mumbai. The case involves spy from Pakistan who trapped junior level Navy personnel through social media for collecting information about the movement and location of Indian Naval ships and submarines.
Based on inputs, a 53-year-old man named Abdul Rehman Abdul Jabbar Sheikh was arrested from his residents in Mumbai. During the search Operation of his residents, the investigating agency recovered many devices and incriminating documents. He is the 15th man to be arrested in the case. His wife too was arrested before him who is a Pakistani born Indian. Further investigation is being carried out.
