Today, the former Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh mocked at the resignation of Navjot Singh Sidhu, citing that he previously told everyone that Sidhu was not a ‘stable man’. The statement comes shortly after Navjot Singh Sidhu resigned as Punjab Congress chief.

Taking to Twitter, Amarinder Singh tweeted, “I told you so he is not a stable man and not fit for the border state of Punjab.” However, the former CM did not mention the name of Sidhu in his post.

The resignation comes days after Amarinder Singh was replaced as Chief Minister. While stepping down as the CM, he outlined that he can never compromise on ‘Punjab’s future and the agenda for the welfare of Punjab’. However, he promised to serve Congress.
