On Wednesday, India’s cumulative vaccine coverage on the 103rd day of the Covid-19 vaccination drive crossed the mark of 15 crores. Until 8 pm today, the number of vaccine doses administered is more than 20 lakhs in the country.
The total number of vaccines administered to Healthcare Workers (HCWs) in their first dose stands at 93,66,239 while 61,45,854 in the second dose of it. The number of Frontline Workers (FLWs) vaccinated with the first dose is 1,23,09,507 and 65,99,492 in the second dose.
The age group of 45-60 years has been jabbed with 5,09,75,753 (1st dose) and 31,42,239 (2nd dose). Vaccination administered to above 60 years includes 5,14,70,903 in the first dose while 98,67,134 in their second dose.
The vaccination count of 20,49,754 vaccine doses was recorded until 8 pm today that includes 11,92,394 beneficiaries vaccinated with 1st dose and 8,57,360 beneficiaries with 2nd dose of it in the country.
