Xiaomi 12 pro will soon be available for Indian buyers that will be available at around Rs 69,000. The new phone model will be sold through Amazon. The company had tweeted about the phone launch and hinted that it will be available for buyers in India from April 12. One Plus is also working on a new device, which is said to be more affordable than its predecessors on Nord CE-series.
The new model Xiaomi 12 Pro will be the company’s flagship product in 2022. The company expects better results from the product as their previous year’s flagship model Mi 11 Ultra faced supply issues in India and as it was announced in the Covid-second wave in India during April, it did not go on sale till July 2021. The Xiaomi 12 Pro will also take on the One Plus 10 Pro.
The model will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, which is touted to be the most sought processor of this year. It has 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The screen dimensions are of 6.73-inch QHD+ (1,440 x 3,200 pixel) AMOLED display with 1,500 nits of peak brightness.
There are three cameras on this phone, the model consists of a 50MP Sony IMX707 sensor with optical image stabilization, a couple of 50MP portrait cameras, and one 50MP ultra-wide camera. The battery of the phone has 4,600 mAh with 120W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
Meanwhile, One Plus’ upcoming model, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite, is the result of its work on bringing a product that will cost less than Rs 20,000. The model is presumably 6.58 inches long with FHD plus HD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, with options of 6GB and 8 Gb RAMs and 128GB storage space.
The phone will have the Android 11-based Oxygen Operating System, with a battery of 5,000mAh. The battery will be supported with 33W fast charging. It is assumed that the design and the feel will be much similar to some of the other competition in the market. There is no information on the price of the device, yet.
